Rail Jam Update

Don't miss out on the event of the year! We are custom fitting the Atomic box we used last year to fit Smith Park. The front of the flat portion of the box will only be 8" above the curb and the end of it will be the same height as before, minus the cinder blocks. Also we are making the drop in 4 feet longer so the drop in will be more gradual and smoother, meaning, you'll have more set-up time, and since the box isn't as tall you will have plenty of speed to pop on and lock in the tricks you've been visualizing and wanting to try all summer long! Also there will be the street style handrail set-up we've been talking about. The double kink box will wait for another year... Basically we're stoked for this event! Hope you all are too!

Splitboarding 10/31/09

With new snow on the ground in Rexburg on the morning of the 30th it was too great a temptation for Jake Macnair to resist dragging me, Joe Hill, along against my wishes to shred some pow and attempt some pow slashes. We hiked to the top of Dreamcatcher and went down skiers left of the lift along that ridge, can’t recall the name of the run. there was probably around 2 and a half feet of snow up top and about 9 to 12 inches at the bottom. This was my first time on a snowboard since breaking my leg in March so i was stoked out of my mind to shred some pow again.
Here's a link to some video of our adventure. It's nothing too exciting but at least you can get an idea of about how much snow they have.
